We accept returns on damaged or defective physical products only, within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at RomrellWrites@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product. Please include your name, email address, and original order number.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We suggest you retain a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Digital products are not eligible for returns.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Replacements
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether it was approved. If approved, we will ship you a replacement copy of the book. You can expect to receive it within 10 business days of return approval.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your replacement, please contact us at RomrellWrites@gmail.com.
